The Open Source tech space is to be celebrated as an example of how free flow and open information leads to great diversity and access!

In this talk, we will discuss how corporates are embracing changes, such as participating in open source, building DEI programs, and acting socially responsible by enhancing participation in ESG
The talk will outline why Open Source leaders should take an active role in shifting the corporate paradigm towards bringing groups of diverse participants together to mind gaps in existing code, and how Open Source leaders can do this.

Participants will leave with clarity on how open source can be a model for their corporations' inclusion and social responsibility practices and how they can directly influence their corporations' policies and approach to be marketplace leaders.
