Open Source Program Offices and similar initiatives serve many organizations to provide strategy and alignment on top of the organization's open source efforts. However, each organization has specific industry barriers, and that also applies to those OSPOs being formed in the finance sector. During this talk, Ana will share some remarks from The Evolution of OSPOs study, introducing the OSPO Model and how it can be aligned with FINOS' OS Maturity Model (OSMM). The audience will also be able to have a glance at some corporate archetypes, responsibilities, and roles an OSPO can adopt and some real examples of organizations within the finance sector implementing an OSPO.
